Westchester DA's Office to Appeal

The Westchester DA's Office is trying to have Richie's vacated conviction overturned and have him put back in prison. A hearing will take place on Wednesday, October 14th, 11:00 a.m., at the Appellate Division Second Department: 45 Monroe Pl., Brooklyn, NY 11201.
