HEARING RESCHEDULED FOR NOVEMBER 19
All sides finally agreed they're ready to proceed, the previously scheduled hearing--to determine whether the Dobbs Ferry Police coerced a key eyewitness into changing his account of the events leading up to the shooting of Charles Campbell--will take place on Monday, November 19th in White Plains.
